Hey everyone!
Sorry it's been a while since I've posted, life got busy as usual. So here's a little insight into my organization.
Arethusa was established on the SUNY Oneonta campus on Oct. 20th 1894. We started as a literary society, and later adopted Greek letters (Sigma Gamma Phi). Arethusa is the oldest recognized Greek organization on the SUNY Oneonta campus, and we strive to keep our involvement on and off campus high and to set a great example for all Greek life students. We are actively involved in the community life of Oneonta, as our philanthropy is Opportunities for Otsego. We believe that we should give back to the area and people who have given us so much. We also annually participate in Relay for Life, hold blood drives regularly, and visit Robynwood (a home for the elderly here in Oneonta) to keep ourselves involved in community service. We also strongly believe in great academics, and have won the Highest GPA award many consecutive semesters.

| We obviously don't know how to center ourselves! Seniors are all in the front row =( We love you guys! |
Getting a little more personal though, as an organization we love to craft, do sister-bonding events ranging from pizza parties to sleep overs, and we just love to have fun. We're also working on a few fundraising ideas, such as selling t-shirts, hosting a concert, and having a kareoke night.
That's all for now folks (not to quote a cartoon or anything...ha!) Hope you have a great break, read again soon!
